- Bathroom and WC: descaling, grouting, shower, fittings, mirrors, ventilation grilles
- All floors: parquet, tiles, laminate, carpet vacuuming, skirting boards
- Doors, frames, switches, sockets, radiators, built-in wardrobes inside
- Written handover guarantee, free re-clean if anything is criticised
- Cleaning products, machines and the team's materials
- Travel within the selected coverage area

Deliberately not included
- Painting and repairs to the building fabric

- Damage that existed before our visit
- Facade and roof work requiring a lift platform
When we will tell you not to book us
For a small apartment in good condition with enough time on your hands, cleaning it yourself genuinely makes sense. We will say so on the phone rather than send you a quote you do not need. Our service pays off when your deposit or your time is worth more than the fixed price.
How the handover guarantee works
- The guarantee is written into your quote.
- If the property manager criticises our cleaning at the handover, tell us the same day.
- We come back free of charge within 48 hours and put it right.
- Covered: cleaning defects. Not covered: damage, wear and repairs.
